I'm really worried about what's happening with Venezuela, man... it's like, the US is basically trying to destabilize the country on purpose, and it's so reckless 
. I think we need to be super careful about our foreign policy in South America, you know? We can't just go around imposing our will on other countries and expecting everything to work out. That's not how democracy works 
. And what's with The Intercept needing more resources to cover this stuff? Can't they just get the word out through social media like we do? 
I mean, think about it... if we had better press freedom in the US, maybe we could learn from each other and help each other out instead of trying to tear each other down. It's all about building bridges, not walls

. I mean, the US should be a beacon of hope for countries in need, not one that's actively working against them. And it's not just Venezuela, either - we're seeing all these other countries around Latin America getting pulled into this authoritarian vortex... what's going on?!
