can u believe this?? jcpenny thinks they can just slap bob mackies name on a clothing line without even asking him? like what's next, just take his designs too? i mean, taylor swift is all about that life of a showgirl but apparently not when it comes to respecting the original creator. i hope bob gets some serious compensation outta this one

man, this is like when you think you're owning a piece of something, but it turns out someone's been using your identity without even asking permission ... it's like, what even is a brand name if not a part of who you are? and JCPenney's trying to play both sides, claiming they have permission from the Bob Mackie Design Group, but really, they're just trying to tap into that iconic status for their own gain . it makes me wonder, how many more people out there are getting taken advantage of like this?

OMG, like what?! Bob Mackie is suing JCPenney over his name? That's so extra ! I mean, can you imagine being a celeb designer and having your brand slapped on some fast fashion line without even knowing it? It's like they took your work and thought "Hey, let's make this look old school Bob Mackie" and just went for it...without asking . But at the same time, I feel JCPenney a bit , they must be getting sued left and right over this now .
