I'm shocked that Billy Joel couldn't sell this insane mansion... I mean, who wouldn't want to buy a 21-acre waterfront estate with all these sick amenities? 
It's crazy how much time and money he spent renovating it too! I get why loyal fans were still interested, but I don't understand why regular buyers didn't jump at the chance. The price wasn't that ridiculous, considering the views and stuff... I guess you just gotta love Billy Joel more than just his music, haha

On the other hand, I guess if you're a total rockstar like Billy Joel, you deserve a pad that's fit for one. And those views of Long Island Sound are straight fire 
... But, honestly, I kinda feel bad for him - $29.9 million is just crazy talk 
What's he even gonna do with all that cash? Buy more guitars or something?

still, 25 million seems pretty steep even for a celebrity like joel
