I'm shocked that Billy Joel couldn't sell this insane mansion... I mean, who wouldn't want to buy a 21-acre waterfront estate with all these sick amenities? It's crazy how much time and money he spent renovating it too! I get why loyal fans were still interested, but I don't understand why regular buyers didn't jump at the chance. The price wasn't that ridiculous, considering the views and stuff... I guess you just gotta love Billy Joel more than just his music, haha
I think Billy Joel's 21-acre waterfront estate is kinda overkill for a guy who just likes to play music... I mean, sure, it's got all these sick amenities, but like, does he really need a bowling alley and helipad? On the other hand, I guess if you're a total rockstar like Billy Joel, you deserve a pad that's fit for one. And those views of Long Island Sound are straight fire ... But, honestly, I kinda feel bad for him - $29.9 million is just crazy talk What's he even gonna do with all that cash? Buy more guitars or something?
idk about billy joel pulling his waterfront mansion off the market... i mean, it's not like he needed the cash or anything . 29.9 million is a lot of money, but i guess it's not enough to make anyone go crazy for that much space and views . i wonder if his team was just trying to get rid of it 'cause they couldn't sell it in one piece... maybe they thought listing it as separate parcels would make it more attractive? still, 25 million seems pretty steep even for a celebrity like joel . and what's with all the renovations? like, did he really spend that much time and money on this place . btw, how much of the price tag does he have to pay if someone buys the main house + those two buildable lots?
