I'm not entirely surprised about this result, but still kinda bummed for Lilah and Lewis 
. They did have an amazing start, and it's frustrating that timing issues held them back from taking the gold. 
But you gotta give 'em props for their dedication - they showed some awesome moves out there!

Lewis & Lilah have been training hard for this moment, they need to tweak their routine and get that perfect score. Bronze is still a huge achievement tho!

and it got me thinking about how skaters have to be so precise on the clock, like one second off can make all the difference... anyway, british skaters might not have won gold but they're still doing better than last year's performance, that's something to build on! 
. Seriously though, timing issues can be brutal in figure skating. It's like, one mistake and suddenly you're fighting for a spot on the podium. I feel bad for them, but at least they get to go home with something shiny
