those people scammed are just innocent students trying to get an education without any drama or stress... the fact that it was trying to use stuff like affirmative action against them is just nasty 
i feel bad for the university and all their efforts to stop these scams, but at the same time it's crazy how easy it is to get scammed online nowadays
