Man... 79 is old

just think about it, Demond's life was like a marathon, not a sprint

he had so much time to make those iconic moves, bring so much joy to people's lives, and yet, we're still feeling the loss

I mean, can you imagine not seeing Lamont Sanford on screen anymore? It's like a part of our childhood is gone
And what's crazy is he didn't just stop at acting... he wrote that book "Second Banana" which gives us a glimpse into his personal struggles and how he overcame them

it's like he was trying to tell us, 'Hey, I'm still here, I'm still fighting' even when it felt like the world was against him
We should all take a page from Demond's book

and remember that life is about more than just the work we do... it's about who we are, how we show up in the world, and the impact we leave behind
