OMG, u guys I'm literally shook rn... this is just so sad Renee Good was such a lovely person according to her mom & from what I saw online she didn't even try to hurt anyone lol! Trump's excuse is just wild they really think we believe that? I've been seeing so many videos of protests and vigils in cities across the US it's heartbreaking but also kinda inspiring at the same time

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this happened... ICE raids are super problematic anyway & now Trump is just making things worse by trying to justify violence against a law-abiding citizen. It's just so reckless and inhumane I'm so tired of people like him making excuses for their own mistakes.

I've been following this story and it's crazy how many people are coming forward to speak out about the injustice... I'm hoping that some real changes will come out of this

man, this is so messed up . i feel bad for reneé's fam, she was just trying to live her life and help others, you know? and trump's response is just... wow . he's blaming a dead person for something that didn't even happen, it's wild. and the fact that his admin is trying to spin this as if she was some kind of threat is just disgusting .

i'm not saying we shouldn't be talking about immigration policy, but come on, folks! let's not demonize people who are just trying to make a living. and the fact that california gov gavin newsom is calling for an investigation is definitely needed. this whole thing needs to be looked into.

i'm all for holding politicians accountable, but we also need to remember that these people have families and human beings behind them too, you feel? it's time for us to come together and demand some answers, not just from trump, but from our entire gov.

I'm not buying it when Trump calls Renee Good a "professional agitator" just to deflect from his own administration's role in her death. That's some pretty convenient spin if you ask me. I mean, what's next? Saying she was trying to run over an ICE officer with her car? No wonder there's footage that says otherwise... and no wonder the family and local officials are pushing for a real investigation here.

And can we talk about how Trump's response is exactly what's fueling all these protests and vigils across the country? It's like he's trying to turn a tragedy into some kind of politicized rallying cry. Not cool, dude.

I'm literally both totally with and totally against the Democrats' response here . On one hand, I think Trump's justification for the fatal shooting is OUTRAGEOUS and shows a complete disregard for human life . It's unacceptable that he's trying to shift the blame onto Renee Good and her partner, when we all know the truth from the footage .

On the other hand, I think Adam Schiff and Gavin Newsom are being way too harsh by calling Trump's actions "inexcusable" . I mean, isn't it time for some accountability on both sides? Shouldn't we be having a more nuanced conversation about immigration policies and how they affect communities?

I guess what I'm trying to say is that this whole situation is super complicated, and there are no easy answers . Can we please just have a calm and rational discussion about it instead of jumping to conclusions?

man this is so messed up Renee Good was just minding her own biz, had a partner, living life... and then ICE comes in and kills her like that. what's even more messed up is Trump trying to spin it as if she was some kinda threat his claim about her trying to run over an officer with a car is completely false and the footage clearly shows otherwise this whole thing reeks of politics and corruption, and it's got people all over the country demanding justice. I'm so done with politicians like Trump who think they can just get away with manipulating the truth and blaming others for their own mistakes
