Dance changed how I eat — for the better

OMG 😍 I'm totally feeling this!!! 🤩 I've been trying out yoga and Pilates for years but I never thought about how food can be a part of the movement routine too! It's like, we always focus on the exercise part but what about the recovery and nourishment part? 🍴💆‍♀️ You're totally inspiring me to get creative with my meal prep and make it more enjoyable 💖
 
I love how this person turned their life around after finding dance, it's like they found their passion in the right place at the right time 🤩! Now they're enjoying food more, which is just amazing... who knew exercise could bring back your appetite? 😂 I'm definitely going to try a dance class now with my kids, maybe we can even cook together afterwards 🍳👪!
 
I totally get why movement and food are becoming one for you, its like your body is finally happy again! I've been there too with some bad eating habits, but once I started exercising regularly, my appetite came back in a big way 🤩. Now, I try to schedule workout sessions around meal times so it doesn't feel like skipping dinner 🍴🏋️‍♀️. The thing that really helped me was finding an exercise routine that I actually enjoy, instead of forcing myself into something that felt like torture 💃.
