I'm so done with the complexity of these subvenciones
. Like, I get that Chicago wants to help out local businesses and organizations, but $33 million is just a lot of money to be handing out like candy
. And what's up with the 58 companies getting chosen? It's just not transparent enough for me... 
And have you seen the numbers they're throwing around? $3.7 million for Funkytown Brewery? That's like, a crazy amount of money for a small business
. I mean, I know it's great that they're getting support, but what about the other businesses that aren't as lucky? 
And don't even get me started on the paperwork and bureaucratic red tape
. I'm just trying to stay informed, but it feels like there are so many strings attached
. Can't we just have a simple system for getting help without all the drama?
