. I mean, come on, a commercial ad is meant to grab attention, not start full-blown trade wars. It's like the US and Canada are already super tense about tariffs and now they're letting one minor commercial dictate their entire relationship?
And what really gets me is that Trump just can't let it go

. He takes an ad out of context, makes a mountain out of a molehill, and then acts like Carney's apology wasn't enough to calm him down

I don't get why we can't just have a straightforward conversation about trade policies without making everything personal
