88 years old is crazy lol he was like a genius or something, his plays were so deep & witty i loved rosencrantz & guildenstern are dead, who hasn't seen that one? 
anyway, i think it's sad that we lost someone as talented as him but at the same time, i'm glad his work will live on for generations to come

just heard about Tom Stoppard passing away at 88 
his genius was so inspiring, and I love how he explored complex themes with wit & wisdom, making it accessible to everyone. his life story is also a testament to resilience & determination - fleeing war multiple times as a kid? wow! 
anyway, what an incredible body of work he left behind... "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead" will forever be one of my faves 
the way he made you think & feel at the same time was pure magic
