I don’t usually comment but I think it’s interesting how they're trying to incorporate design elements like a single-floor passenger concourse and natural light into the rebuild plan  . It might make Penn Station more attractive for people, which could attract even more passengers and make the whole project worthwhile. But, I mean, have you thought about the environmental impact of building stuff in such a densely populated area? There's gotta be a way to balance growth with sustainability, right?

 i'm all about that DIY ethos, but even i gotta admit, a well-planned rebuild of Penn Station would be a game-changer for nyc! i mean, think about it, a single-floor passenger concourse with natural light pouring in - what's not to love?
