Ugh, this is so crazy
! I mean, can you even imagine not getting your package on time and then having to deal with all these hoops to get a refund? It's like Amazon is trying to make the customer suffer
. But at the same time, I do feel bad for them - it's clearly an error on their part.
I've dealt with my share of online shopping mishaps too, and trust me, it's not fun navigating all those returns and refunds
. The thing is, companies like Amazon need to make sure they're getting these things right before we even start dealing with the hassle of returns
. It's just common sense, you know?
Anyway, I would def suggest anyone who's having issues doing their research on consumer rights
. There are laws in place for a reason, and section 75 sounds like a total lifesaver
. Maybe Amazon should take a page from that book and make it easier to resolve these kinds of issues... but until then, I'll just be over here supporting my fellow consumers
