Two Massachusetts men arrested after explosion at Harvard Medical School, says FBI

FBI Cracks Down on Vandalism at prestigious Harvard Medical School

Two Massachusetts men have been taken into custody by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in connection with an explosive incident that took place at Harvard Medical School over the weekend. The men, identified as Logan David Patterson, 18 from Plymouth, and Dominick Frank Cardoza, 20 from Bourne, are facing charges of conspiracy to damage property by means of fire or explosives.

According to authorities, the explosion occurred on Saturday morning on the fourth floor of Harvard Medical School's Goldenson Building. The blast was caused when Patterson and Cardoza allegedly lit a Roman candle firework outside the building and then placed a cherry bomb inside one of the lockers in the building, which later exploded.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident, but witnesses described it as "alarming" and said that the men had chosen the building because it looked abandoned. Surveillance footage captured the two individuals walking towards the medical school before they attempted to break in through the roof.

"It's selfish, it's shortsighted, and it's a federal crime," stated Ted Docks, the FBI's special agent in charge, emphasizing the seriousness of the incident. The motive behind the vandalism is still unclear, with neither the US attorney nor the FBI speculating on possible reasons for the men's actions.

The explosion caused no structural damage to the building, and medical school officials confirmed that all labs and equipment were intact. A Boston fire department investigation determined that the blast was intentional, while university police reported encountering two individuals running from the scene of the crime.

Both Patterson and Cardoza are due to be arraigned in federal court later today, facing charges related to conspiracy to damage property by means of fire or explosives.

๐Ÿคฏ what's wrong with these guys?? I mean, they could've hurt someone seriously! It's just not cool that they chose a place like Harvard Medical School to do their vandalism... ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ 18 and 20 years old already getting into serious trouble? ๐Ÿšจ

Ugh, what a waste of resources ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ. Two kids, bored I guess, think they can just go around causing chaos and vandalism? Newsflash: it's not cool, it's not funny, and it's definitely not acceptable ๐Ÿ˜’. And now the FBI has to get involved, putting their lives and time on hold for these two idiotic 20-year-olds. And what's with the cherry bomb in a locker? Like, what even is that? ๐Ÿค” I mean, I know they're young, but come on, think before you act, kids! It's not like they didn't have anything better to do than destroy some public property ๐Ÿ’ธ.

And don't even get me started on the surveillance footage - two guys walking towards a building, trying to sneak in... it's almost like they wanted to be caught ๐Ÿ“บ. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what their motivation is, but honestly, it's probably just some stupid prank gone wrong ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ. Either way, someone needs to teach these two a lesson, maybe take away their freedom or something... IDK ๐Ÿ˜’

OMG u guys ๐Ÿคฏ I heard it's gonna get pretty lit in that courtroom later today lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ but seriously these two dudes gotta think about the consequences they're facin' ๐Ÿ’ฅ vandalism is one thing, but bringin' in the FBI? not cool at all ๐Ÿ˜Ž. idk what their motive was but if they thought they could just cause a scene and walk away? nope ๐Ÿšซ. I'm lovin' how the university police caught them red-handed tho ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ. hopefully these guys get some time to think about their actions instead of breakin' more stuff ๐Ÿ’”

๐Ÿšจ I'm shocked that these two idiots thought it was a good idea to try and blow up Harvard Medical School ๐Ÿคฏ Like, what's the goal here? Trying to make a statement? Prove a point? Newsflash: you're just gonna get caught and face some serious consequences ๐Ÿ˜ฌ And let's be real, the building is super secure and has tons of cameras watching over it 24/7. If they wanted to do something, they should've done their research ๐Ÿค”. It's just so selfish and reckless, especially since no one was hurt in the end. I'm not saying that makes it okay, but come on guys... ๐Ÿ˜’

Ugh, what a bunch of idiotic kids ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ! I mean, come on, they actually thought it was a good idea to set off an explosion at Harvard Medical School? It's like, think about all the lives that could've been lost, not to mention the damage to property and resources ๐Ÿšจ. And for what? So they could say they pulled off some sick prank? Give me a break ๐Ÿ˜‚. I'm glad no one got hurt, but what a waste of time and energy these two wasted on something so reckless ๐Ÿ’ฅ. They need to get their priorities straight and think about the consequences of their actions ๐Ÿค.

๐Ÿค” I just saw that new Marvel movie with my friends last night ๐Ÿฟ it was so good! I'm still thinking about the scene where Thor throws his hammer at Thanos ๐Ÿ˜‚ I wonder what it would be like if they had a medical school on one of those Asgardian islands... maybe they could use the healing properties of some mystical plants to fix up any damage caused by vandalism ๐ŸŒฟ

๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿšจ I'm low-key shocked that these guys thought it was a good idea to try and blow up Harvard Medical School ๐Ÿคฏ! Like, what's the logic behind that?! ๐Ÿ’ก I mean, the building is literally protected 24/7, and they just walk in with firework and explosives? It's like something out of a bad movie ๐ŸŽฅ. And on top of that, it was abandoned-looking or whatever ๐Ÿ˜’, so they just picked a random spot to wreak havoc? No respect for the property or the people who work there ๐Ÿ’ฏ. Anyway, glad no one got hurt, but I gotta ask: what's the motive behind this vandalism?! ๐Ÿค” Is it some kind of prank gone wrong or is there something deeper going on?! ๐Ÿ˜

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this whole thing... ๐Ÿ˜’ 18 & 20 years old already getting involved with some sketchy stuff. I mean, what's the point of vandalizing a place like Harvard Medical School? It's not like they're gonna get anything out of it. ๐Ÿค” They could've just been bored or something, but now they've put themselves in a world of trouble.

I'm all for people expressing themselves, but there are better ways to do it than causing destruction and putting lives at risk. And what about the students who have to deal with this kind of thing? It's not like they asked for this kind of stress in their day-to-day life... ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens next, but I'm hoping these guys get some serious help and guidance before it's too late. Maybe this is a wake-up call for them to reevaluate their priorities... ๐Ÿคž

๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ Those 2 guys gotta get their priorities straight ๐Ÿ™„. Vandalizing some random school building just 'cause it looked abandoned? What's the point of that ๐Ÿค”? It's not like they were trying to make a statement or something meaningful. Just selfish, reckless behavior that put people at risk ๐Ÿ˜ฌ. And now they're facing charges and probably gonna end up in a locked room for a while ๐Ÿšซ.

What's up guys? So this whole thing at Harvard Medical School is wild ๐Ÿคฏ... I mean, who does something like that, right? It's crazy that these two dudes thought they could just go around causing chaos and destruction without getting caught ๐Ÿ™„. And to think they chose a building with labs and equipment, it's like they didn't care about the potential consequences ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ.

It's good to know that no one got hurt in the end, but still, this is a serious crime ๐Ÿ’ฏ... I feel bad for the medical students who have to go through this. I'm curious, though - what could've led these guys to do something so reckless and destructive? Were they just looking for attention or trying to make some kind of statement? ๐Ÿค”

I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it all plays out in court โš–๏ธ... one thing's for sure, though - justice will be served ๐Ÿ’ช.

ugh, it's just so crazy what these two dudes did ๐Ÿคฏ... like I remember when I was in high school, we used to have pranks and stuff, but this is on a whole different level. I'm not even sure why they thought it was a good idea to mess with Harvard Med School, that place is like, super respected ๐Ÿ™Œ. And what's the point of causing an explosion just for kicks? It's so... vapid ๐Ÿ’”. And the cherry bomb thing? That's just reckless ๐Ÿคฏ. I mean, if they wanted to make a statement or whatever, couldn't they have done something more constructive? Like, you know, volunteering or something ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ. Anyway, I hope these two dudes get the help they need and not some harsh sentence ๐Ÿ’•.

๐Ÿ˜’ come on guys... can't even get it right with a simple roman candle? ๐Ÿคฃ like what's the point of even trying to set off a bomb in a school building? ๐Ÿšซ it's just gonna cause damage and inconvenience, not like anyone was hurt so big deal. ๐Ÿ™„ I mean, what were they thinking?! ๐Ÿคฏ did they really think no one would notice the firework or the cherry bomb?! ๐ŸŽ‡๐Ÿ”ฅ newsflash: you're not as sneaky as you think you are. ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ™„ Can we talk about these two genius move-ers for a sec? Like, who tries to cause an explosion at Harvard Medical School? ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ I mean, is it just me or is vandalism getting dumber and dumber? And what's with the cherry bomb thingy? Did they really think that was gonna go unnoticed? ๐Ÿ˜‚ It's not like you can just sneak into a medical school building and set off explosives without someone noticing. Unless... maybe they're just planning on being part of some kinda edgy art project? ๐Ÿค” Who knows, maybe they'll get an A+ in "Making Bad Life Choices" class. ๐Ÿ‘

This is totally fishy ๐ŸŸ. Like what's up with these 2 dudes? They just walk into Harvard Medical School, like it's their own personal playground, and boom! They cause this massive explosion. I mean, who does that? And they're both young, too - 18 and 20 years old. It's like they were recruited or something... what's going on with these boys? ๐Ÿค”

And don't even get me started on the cherry bomb thingy... that's some crazy stuff right there! I mean, how did they even know about those things? That's like a special forces move. This isn't your average prank gone wrong - this is some high-level stuff. I'm telling you, there's more to this story than meets the eye... ๐Ÿšจ

OMG u guys I just saw this news about these 2 dudes who did vandalism at Harvard Med Sch ๐Ÿคฏ like what was going through their minds??! They lit a roman candle outside the building and then placed a bomb in a locker... can u even imagine how scary that must've been for ppl inside?! ๐Ÿšจ The worst part is they thought it looked abandoned lol I mean, didn't they see all those security cameras? ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ Anyway, glad no one got hurt tho! ๐Ÿ™ And yeah, it's a total federal crime... like, what's next?! ๐Ÿ˜…

You know, it's crazy to think about these young guys, barely out of their teens, throwing around explosives like they're playing some twisted game ๐Ÿคฏ. It makes you wonder what's driving them, what kind of desperation or frustration could lead someone to put themselves and others at risk like that? Is it a cry for help, a desire for attention, or something else entirely?

It's also fascinating how they chose this specific target - the Harvard Medical School. I mean, think about it, it's one of the most prestigious institutions in the country, where some of the brightest minds are shaping the future of medicine and science. What message do you think these guys were trying to send by targeting that place? Were they just trying to cause chaos, or was there something more specific they wanted to highlight?

Anyway, it's a sobering reminder that even young people can make mistakes that have far-reaching consequences ๐Ÿค”. We need to keep having these kinds of conversations about why we do what we do, and how our actions impact others.

can't believe what's been goin on at harvard med school... these kids gotta think about the consequences of their actions... like, what's the point of causin' all that chaos and destruction? ๐Ÿคฏ it's not just the damage to the property, but also the stress and worry that comes with it... and now they're facin' federal charges? that's some serious stuff ๐Ÿ’ธ i mean, i get it, we all wanna have fun, but this is just plain reckless... and what really gets me is that they thought the school looked abandoned... like, what's wrong with people these days? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

๐Ÿค” just wondering why would anyone wanna vandalize a school like Harvard Med, they got so many smart ppl doin good work ๐Ÿงฌ๐Ÿ’ก and then u throwin' around firework bombs inside? not cool at all... I mean i get that the guys were tryin to look all sneaky but they musta been really drunk or somethin' cuz how else would u think it's a good idea to set off explosives in a place with all those ppl around ๐Ÿคฏโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜…

omg what's going on with these guys?! ๐Ÿคฏ i mean i get it vandalism is bad but setting off a roman candle outside a medical school and then blowing up a locker inside? that's just crazy talk ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ. and the fact that they chose harvard med school because it looked abandoned? how did they even find out it was a real place to start with?! ๐Ÿค” anyway gotta give props to the FBI for stepping in and catching these two ASAP ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ. hope both of them get the help they need before their next court appearance ๐Ÿ’ฏ
