President Donald Trump has announced that he would sign a bill into law forcing the release of all files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, if it reaches his desk. When asked at an event in the Oval Office on Monday whether he would support such legislation and what evidence is out there that makes him hesitant about releasing these files, Trump said: "I'm all for it." Trump added that the controversy surrounding the Epstein matter was overshadowing administration successes and claimed that Democrats were using the issue to distract from their own problems. When pressed again if he would sign the bill if it passes the Senate, Trump replied "Sure I would."
