like they can't even keep an OC for a whole season, what's wrong with them?! 
They need someone who knows how to put together a cohesive offense, not some glorified play-caller who thinks a bunch of fancy schemes will magically fix their problems 
. Brian Daboll seems like the only decent option left on that list, but even he's got baggage 
, and what about Todd Monken? I mean, Baltimore's offense was actually pretty great last year, so maybe he'd bring some actual innovation to Philly
