. Like, we need to talk about why someone would resort to violence against another person just because they have different views. It's not that hard to understand that violence never solves anything

this is so sad its just another example of how divided america is i think olikaras point about silencing opposing views through violence being fuel for radicalization is super valid we need to have open conversations and listen to each other without fear of getting attacked we cant just ignore the root causes of extremism and expect it to disappear
