Ugh, news newsletters are so overrated I mean, who wants to spend their morning reading about what's happening in the UK when there's a whole world out there waiting to be explored? Like, have you ever seen those drone videos of the Grand Canyon? Mind blown . Anyway, back to this newsletter thingy... can't we just get our news from social media like normal people? And btw, Google reCaptcha is so annoying . I swear, every time I try to fill out a form online, it's like "prove you're human" and I'm over here like "I'M A HUMAN, OKAY?"
I think it's awesome that The Guardian is offering a free daily newsletter to keep us in the loop about what's happening in the UK . It's like having a personal news buddy who's always on top of the latest stories! And, I love that they've got experts like Archie Bland and Nimo Omer breaking down the news – it's like getting a crash course on current events every day . Plus, it's totally legit that they'll send you some ads and sponsored content... at least we know where our data is going ... and honestly, who doesn't love a good Google reCaptcha challenge? It's all about being informed, right?
I'm so over newsletters . I mean, I get it, they're convenient and all that, but can't we just have a one-stop shop for news instead? And what's with the "we'll create a guest account" thing? It sounds like they're trying to nickel-and-dime us . And don't even get me started on the ads... I'm already bombarded with them online, do I really need them in my inbox too? Not to mention the Google reCaptcha stuff... it's all just a bit too much for me .
