I think it's kinda unfair that we're gonna have to pay more on top of our rent just to keep Muni running 
. I get that they need funding, but $129 per year is a lot, especially for small businesses and renters who are already struggling to make ends meet 
. And what about the cap on multi-family homes? It's not like it's gonna stop people from renting out their places or anything
