Only 3% of international climate aid going to transitioning communities: 'This is absurd'

omg this is so messed up 🤯 like what kinda world do we live in where only 3% of climate aid actually helps people affected by the transition? it's like investors getting rich off our suffering 🤑, meanwhile workers and communities are being left behind. i mean can't they see that just transition is not just a buzzword, it's a matter of life and death for some ppl 😩. we need major reforms ASAP, like trillions of dollars in grant-based finance and prioritizing labor and justice. no more empty promises 🙄, it's time to put people over profits 💸.

🤯 I'm so frustrated with the world's response to climate change right now! 🌎 It feels like we're more worried about pleasing our bank accounts than actually helping the people who are suffering because of these changes. 1% of international aid is just $630 million, that's peanuts compared to what we're investing in polluting industries! 💸

We need to do better, it's not fair to make people choose between their job and a sustainable future 🤷‍♀️. We should be supporting our communities with grant-based climate finance and making sure that everyone's voice is heard when it comes to the transition away from fossil fuels. 💖 It's not just about saving the planet, it's also about fighting for justice! 🔥
