I'm kinda curious about NewsNation's approach to Election Night coverage

. I mean, using data-driven analysis is a good idea, but I think it's gonna be tough for them to compete with established networks like Fox and MSNBC. Those guys have been doing this for years and have a reputation to uphold

.
But hey, if they're relying on Decision Desk HQ for election projections, that's a solid move

. Accuracy is key in those situations, and it sounds like NewsNation has done their research. I'm also kinda stoked about Brian Entin's road trip

 - talking to everyday people can give us some real insight into what voters are thinking.
What I do find interesting is that NewsNation won't be using the AP's calls on Election Night, instead opting for Decision Desk HQ

. That's a bold move, but it'll be cool to see how they execute

. Fingers crossed for a dramatic and informative Election Night coverage

.
