, he's such a talented player and this is just a really unfortunate situation. I mean, can you imagine being shot just outside a restaurant? It's like something out of a movie, but unfortunately, it's real life for him now.
I've been following the Jets all season, and Kris Boyd has been doing okay despite not playing many games due to his injury. He signed that one-year contract worth $1.6 million, which is a decent amount, but I guess you never know what can happen when you're out of commission for an extended period.
The fact that he's still critical but stable in the hospital is good news, and I'm hoping he makes a full recovery
