Israeli military veterans, a backbone of protest movement, vow to keep demonstrating | CNN

I gotta say, this is a really powerful example of how a collective voice can bring about change 🤯. These Israeli veterans are showing us that even when it comes to something you don't agree with, standing up for what's right and just can be super empowering ✊️. It's also making me think about the importance of not taking our democratic institutions for granted - we gotta stay vigilant and hold those in power accountable 💪. And I love how Yiftach Golov is using his experience to draw parallels with American history, highlighting that struggle for justice and liberty is a universal one 📚. Anyway, it's clear that the Israeli government needs to take these protests seriously and start making some real changes 🤝.

I'm really worried about what's going down in Israel rn 🤕. These vets are not messing around and I gotta respect their determination. They're using their skills for good instead of just staying silent after serving the country. It's like they're saying, "Hey, we fought for our freedom, now it's time to fight for its future too." 🙌 Their protests are getting some serious momentum and I'm loving the "Brother and Sisters in Arms" vibes 😎. The gov's trying to stall, but these vets won't be silenced 💪. They're demanding real change and refusing to back down until they see it. Fingers crossed they can make a difference 🤞

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this protest movement in Israel 🤯. It's crazy to think that these veterans, many of whom didn't even want to get involved in politics before, are now leading the charge against their government's judicial overhaul plan 💪. Their message of fighting for justice and liberty is definitely resonating with people, and it's hard not to admire their dedication.

What really gets me is how they're using their military training to organize and mobilize the protests 📚. It's amazing to see how their skills are being repurposed for this cause. And I have to give props to Yiftach Golov for his conviction - he's really passionate about defending Israel's democracy 💕.

But at the same time, it's a bit worrying that many people are skeptical of the government's pause plans 🤔. I mean, if they're not confident that this is just a stalling tactic, then we need to see some real change happen ASAP 🔥. The protesters' determination is inspiring, but we can't let our guard down until we know that the government is committed to listening and making some meaningful changes 💬.

lol what's going on in Israel?! 🤯 they gotta stop this judicial overhaul plan ASAP! it sounds like a total power grab by the gov't. can you imagine being in their shoes and feeling like your country is being pushed around? 🙄 veterans coming together to fight for justice and liberty, that's amazing! 💪 yiftach golov's speech about reclaiming the flag is so inspiring 🇮🇱 gotta keep pushing for real change, not just token concessions 🤑

I'm low-key impressed by these Israeli vets 🤯! I mean, who would've thought that people who served in elite units would become leaders in a protest movement? It's all about using those skills for good, you know? 💪 They're not just fighting for justice and liberty, but also making it clear that they won't back down until their demands are met. And I gotta respect the solidarity among them - brotherly love is real! 👫 It's not gonna be easy to placate these protesters with token concessions, though. They need to see real change, and they're willing to take a stand for it. 💥

idk about this whole thing 🤔... I mean, I get that they're upset about the gov's plan to overhaul the judiciary and all that jazz, but a growing army of vets taking to the streets? it feels like a bit much to me. I'm not saying the gov shouldn't be listening to their concerns or anything, but can't we just have a calm discussion about this instead of, you know, rioting in the streets?

and what's with all these veterans who are, like, totally new to politics? I mean, I'm sure they're passionate and all, but didn't they used to be just trying to enjoy their retirement or whatever? now they're out here leading protests and making demands... it feels a bit surreal to me.

anyway, I guess my two cents aren't worth much 🤷‍♂️. what do you guys think about all this? are the vets justified in their outrage, or are they just getting worked up over nothing? 🤔
