I'm getting so tired of politicians like Kash Patel playing both sides on security funding. First off, it's like they think the public is clueless that the FBI isn't supposed to be footing the bill for their significant others' personal safety details 
... And let me guess how this came about - probably someone slipped in a line item for Wilkins' security detail when Patel was reviewing budget reports 
. Meanwhile, we're still trying to figure out why our tax dollars are being used to cover up some questionable financial dealings by the previous director's wife 
. Can't they all just have an open and honest conversation about their personal lives instead of playing it coy?
