I mean, you'd think someone in a position of power would be able to keep their personal life together, but it looks like Devon Horton was unable to do just that

and then on top of that, there are all these allegations of corruption and embezzlement... it's just a lot to take in 
. I'm not surprised he was able to get out of jail without any major issues though, the system can be pretty lenient sometimes
