he's a city council aide and he's been playing some serious games by pretending to be part of the team that investigates complaints about the city services... that's like, super dodgy lol. I don't know how someone can do that without even thinking twice about it... like, what if someone finds out? 
and introducing a convicted sex offender as his chief of staff?! that's just insane... Charles Pugh served 5+ years in prison for child sex crimes, like, what could he possibly have to offer? 
This is a major red flag for me - I mean, how hard was it for Reggie Davis to pose as part of the incoming team? It's not like he had to break any laws or get caught by some OIG investigator. And now that his fake act has been exposed, it's no wonder he got fired ASAP. But what really worries me is that a convicted sex offender like Charles Pugh was introduced to Davis as his "chief of staff". Like, what kind of background check did Waters do on her staff? 
It raises so many questions about accountability and vetting processes in local government...

I don't get how you can be so reckless and put people in harm's way like that. It's all about accountability and doing the right thing, not playing politics or trying to advance your own career. I'm all for taking risks, but this is just plain wrong.
