The fight marks the first event in a new partnership between BBC Sport and Boxxer. In the chief support, 21-year-old British bantamweight Francesca Hennessy will take on former atomweight world champion Fabiana Bytyqi from the Czech Republic.
Hennessy has won all six of her pro bouts and is known for her showmanship and dancing during ring walks. The card will be the first boxing event on BBC linear television in 20 years, with presenter Bradley Goldsmith set to face Jordan Dujon in a middleweight bout.
Clarke has said that victory could set up a trilogy bout with WBO champion Fabio Wardley and a shot at a world title. Clarke also drew with current WBO champion Fabio Wardley when they met for the British title in March 2024, before Wardley stopped him in the first round of their subsequent rematch - Clarke's only loss in 11 pro fights.
