Anna Queen baby play yards sold on Amazon recalled due to life-threatening risk, CPSC says

Consumers of Baby Play Yards Sold on Amazon Are Being Warned: Recalls Issued Due to Serious Safety Concerns

A product recall has been issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) related to baby play yards sold on Amazon, manufactured by Chinese company Guangzhou Tinger Trading Co. Ltd., also known as Anna Queen. The agency warns of a life-threatening risk associated with these play yards due to suffocation and entrapment hazards.

The main hazard identified in the recalled product is that infants can become trapped under the mattress or between the side of the play yard and the mattress, leading to serious injury or even death.

According to the CPSC, the play yards are characterized by black fabric sides and mesh panels bordered in gray, with a white fabric top featuring bear faces, paws, and print. These play yards have also been shipped with a mattress bearing the same bear design.

In response to this recall notice, the agency advises consumers who own one of these recalled products to immediately discontinue its use. They must then email a photo of the destroyed product to [email protected] to receive a full refund and ensure proper disposal of the hazardous item.

At present, no injuries have been reported in connection with this particular model, but it's essential for consumers to act on the CPSC's advice as soon as possible. These play yards were sold between March 2025 at a price range of $100-$110.

Consumers who are concerned about their safety should keep an eye out for any similar recalls issued by regulatory bodies in their country and stay informed about product updates from the CPSC.

omg you guys i just got one of these play yards for my nephew's birthday like 2 weeks ago ๐Ÿคฏ i was so excited to see him playing in it but now im totally freaking out ๐Ÿ’” i remember buying it online from amazon and paying like $105 for it which is pretty standard price range according to the recall notice ๐Ÿค‘ anyway i'm definitely emailing that service address with a pic of my play yard and claiming my refund ASAP ๐Ÿ’ธ and ill make sure to get rid of it as soon as i can so no one else gets hurt ๐Ÿ˜ท its crazy how something thats supposed to be fun for kids can become a safety hazard like this ๐Ÿคฏ

omg u guys this is crazy ! ๐Ÿคฏ I had no idea these play yards were a thing on amazon my little cousin has one & im like what if they get trapped under the mattress i cant even imagine ๐Ÿ’” its so reckless that ppl would sell such a faulty product without checking 1st. amazon needs to step up their vetting process ASAP โš ๏ธ

Omg, like totally just saw this recall notice on Amazon and I'm so glad they're taking action ASAP! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ‘ถ Those suffocation & entrapment hazards are seriously no joke, especially for little ones. I mean, who wants to risk their baby's safety, right? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ The CPSC is being super proactive about it too, emailing out recall notices and offering refunds. Can't fault them for that! ๐Ÿ’ฏ I just hope people are paying attention & taking action as soon as possible... those bear-print play yards might seem cute, but they're literally a choking hazard waiting to happen ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’€

omg what kinda parents get a baby play yard that's already been recalled? like i know accidents happen but this is insane ๐Ÿคฏ i've got two little ones at home and i'd never even think of getting one of these. how do you even...anyway, if you're worried about your tiny human's safety, just be super cautious with play yards in general. check the reviews and ratings before buying and make sure you follow all the safety guidelines ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ’ก

ugh this is just great another safety issue to worry about... i mean, who thought it was a good idea to design play yards with suffocation hazards? ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿšจ it's not like we haven't seen recalls for toys and strollers before, but still... parents gotta be vigilant now. i feel bad for the families that might have bought these things without checking reviews first. at least the CPSC is being proactive about this one, though. hope everyone gets their refund and can get a safer alternative ASAP ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ‘

Ugh ๐Ÿ˜ฉ just heard about this recall on baby play yards sold on Amazon ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ถ and I'm super worried ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ about all those little ones who might be affected ๐Ÿค•. How can this even happen?! ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ It's like, basic safety features are ignored ๐Ÿ™„. Can't we just take precautions to ensure our kiddos' safety first? ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Anyway, if you have one of these play yards at home, PLEASE don't use it anymore โš ๏ธ. Do the right thing and email them back ASAP ๐Ÿ’ป, so they can give you that full refund ๐Ÿ’ธ and help get rid of this hazardous stuff ๐Ÿšฎ. Let's all be vigilant ๐Ÿ‘€ about product recalls and look out for each other ๐Ÿ‘ซ!

๐Ÿค” I just saw this recall notice on Amazon for baby play yards, and it got me thinking - we're always so careful with our belongings, but what about the tiny humans who depend on us to keep them safe? It's easy to get caught up in the convenience of online shopping, but when it comes to something as crucial as a baby's safety, shouldn't we prioritize caution over affordability?

The moral here is: sometimes taking extra precautions and investing a little more time into making sure things are safe can make all the difference. ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ’• It's better to be proactive about our children's well-being than to risk it all on something that might seem like a bargain.

Ugh, can't believe I just wasted my Saturday morning reading about this ๐Ÿ˜’. Another Amazon product that's been recalled because of some obvious design flaw... I mean, come on! Who designs a play yard with no safety features? ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ And now parents are being warned to stop using them ASAP? Like, what was the company thinking?! ๐Ÿ™„ The fact that they're not even reporting any injuries yet is just weird... hope it doesn't turn out to be a cover-up. I'm definitely not going to buy one of these play yards for my little nephew, that's for sure! ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ˜• I just found out that some baby play yards sold on Amazon are being recalled because they can be super dangerous! ๐Ÿšจ I have a friend who has a little one and she's been using this exact same thing... what if she gets trapped? ๐Ÿ˜“ I'm getting really worried about all the parents out there who might not even know their play yard is faulty. ๐Ÿ’” Have you guys heard of this recall? You should totally keep an eye on your own baby's play yard, just in case! ๐Ÿšซ

๐Ÿšจ Oh no, this is some serious business! These baby play yards sold on Amazon are basically a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. I mean, who wants to risk their little one getting trapped under the mattress or between the sides of the play yard? It's just not worth it, you know?

And let's talk about the design โ€“ black fabric sides and mesh panels bordered in gray, with a white fabric top featuring bear faces... sounds like some cute stuff on paper, but when you think about it, all that fabric and mesh can easily trap an infant, leading to suffocation or entrapment. ๐Ÿ˜ท

I'm glad the CPSC is taking action and issuing this recall notice, but I wish consumers were being more proactive about checking for recalls in the first place. We shouldn't be waiting for a product to fail before we're like, "Oh no, I need to get rid of it ASAP!" ๐Ÿ’ก It's always better to stay one step ahead.

The fact that no injuries have been reported yet is a good sign, but let's not become complacent here. These play yards were sold at a relatively affordable price point, so many families may have bought them thinking they're safe and all that jazz. But the truth is, these products are just too high-risk. We need to prioritize our babies' safety above all else! ๐Ÿคฑ

man, this is crazy! i mean, i know those baby play yards can be so tempting to buy coz they're cute and all, but come on... $100-$110 is way too much for a piece of furniture that's basically asking to be involved in some serious accidents ๐Ÿคฏ. and the design, btw, is super cute (i'm not gonna lie, i might've considered buying one myself before this recall ๐Ÿ˜‚). but safety first, right? so yeah, if you own one of these play yards, just destroy it already and send it back to the manufacturer. don't wanna be that parent who has to live with a broken, hazy memory of what could've happened to their little one... ๐Ÿค•

Ugh, can't believe this ๐Ÿ˜’... another recall on Amazon and people still manage to ignore them ๐Ÿ™„. I mean, come on, a simple design flaw or manufacturing error can be fatal ๐Ÿคฏ. And what's with these companies thinking they can get away with selling shoddy products just because we're too lazy to read reviews and check the product history ๐Ÿ“š? The CPSC should really step up their game and make it easier for consumers to find out about recalls before they become a problem ๐Ÿ’ช. And an email address that's not even secure? ๐Ÿค” [email protected], what's next, a Hotmail account? ๐Ÿ™ƒ

OMG, I'm so glad Amazon is taking action to protect our little ones!!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ˜Š That new momma over there must be freaking out right now! Can you imagine if that baby got trapped under those play yards? ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿค• No way, I would've totally freaked out too! ๐Ÿ’– So yeah, let's all stay vigilant and make sure our kiddos are safe! ๐Ÿ‘

This is getting crazy! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ First I saw this recall notice, now I'm seeing comments saying it's just a bunch of cheap plastic ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ but like, come on guys, safety should always be a priority, especially when it comes to kids! ๐Ÿ‘ถ I remember buying one of these play yards for my little one last year and I was so excited to have this cool design ๐Ÿ˜Ž. But now I'm like, "Wait, what's going on here?" ๐Ÿค” The fact that there are recalls already is a major red flag ๐Ÿšจ.

I mean, I know the manufacturer is Chinese and all, but that doesn't excuse it ๐Ÿ˜”. We need to hold companies accountable for making sure their products are safe before they hit our shelves ๐Ÿ’ฏ. And honestly, $100-$110 is not cheap ๐Ÿค‘. Consumers deserve better than a product that can put their kids' lives at risk ๐Ÿ’€.

I'm glad the CPSC is taking this seriously and issuing recalls, but it's also kinda frustrating that we're only hearing about it now ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ. I wish there was more transparency when it comes to product safety ๐Ÿ“. Anyway, gotta go take apart my play yard now ๐Ÿ˜ฌ...

Omg, this is so scary ๐Ÿšจ! I'm literally checking all my baby gear to see if it's one of those recalled play yards ๐Ÿคฏ. The thought of little ones getting trapped under a mattress or between the sides is just heartbreaking ๐Ÿ˜ญ. Amazon needs to do more to vet these products before they get on the market, imo ๐Ÿ’ก. And can we please make sure that all families are aware of this recall so no one gets hurt? ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ’• The CPSC should be commended for taking action ASAP โฑ๏ธ! Anyone else got a baby play yard from Anna Queen? ๐Ÿค” Let's spread the word and keep our little ones safe ๐ŸŒŸ #BabySafetyFirst #RecallAlert #AmazonAccountability

๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ˜ฑ this is so crazy I mean who wants to find out that a baby play yard they bought for their little one can be super deadly? ๐Ÿคฏ i remember my sister getting one of these things for her kid's 1st bday and she thought it was cute too ๐Ÿ˜‚ now she's stressing about whether the thing is safe or not. i feel bad for all those parents out there who got these play yards without even knowing... can't believe they sold on amazon of all places! ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ anyway, gotta make sure to get a refund ASAP and check if any similar recalls come up in our country ๐Ÿ‘

Ugh, I'm shocked this happened! ๐Ÿคฏ My friend's little niece was just using one of these play yards last month... I don't even know what to think anymore. I mean, who makes something that can cause a baby to suffocate or get trapped like that? It's just not right. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ As a parent myself, it's terrifying to think about the risks involved with these products. And $100-$110 for a product that can potentially kill your kid? That's just not worth it, you know? ๐Ÿ’ธ I'm going to be super cautious from now on when it comes to anything my little one is around...

Ugh, I'm so stressed right now ๐Ÿคฏ! I mean, can you even imagine putting your baby in a play yard that's just waiting to trap them? ๐Ÿ˜ฑ The thought alone is giving me nightmares. And what's even more infuriating is that these things were sold on Amazon and by reputable brands - how did this happen?! ๐Ÿ’”

I know it's not the end of the world, but come on! Can't we expect a certain level of quality control from companies? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ I mean, $100-$110 for a play yard that could literally kill your baby? No thanks! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Anyway, I'm glad the CPSC is taking action and issuing a recall. It's about time someone did something to make parents safe again ๐Ÿ‘. If anyone else owns one of these play yards, please do yourself (and your kid) a favor and destroy it ASAP ๐Ÿ’ช. Don't wait until it's too late... ๐Ÿšจ

Ugh, can you believe it? Another huge recall just like that time with the Fisher-Price Rock 'n Play sleepers ๐Ÿค• Back then, I remember my friend's little niece was stuck under one of those things at her birthday party and everyone freaked out ๐Ÿ˜จ These baby play yards just seem so vulnerable to suffocation and entrapment hazards... I mean, what were they thinking? $100-$110 for a product that can literally kill your kid? ๐Ÿค‘ Now I'm just worried about all the parents who bought these things without even realizing there was a huge recall issue. Can't we just get it together as a society? ๐Ÿ’”
